Description

The setup consists of a process tank fitted with scale in which water The setup consists of supply water tank fitted with pumps for water circulation. Level sensor transmitter is fitted on transparent level tank. The water flow in different lines is sensed with orifice meter and differential pressure transmitter. The flow rate is controlled by pneumatic control valve. Rotameters are used for flow monitoring. These units along with necessary piping are mounted on stand-alone type structure. The process parameters are controlled through computer by PID algorithms. Different experiments like Flow, Level, Cascade, Feed forward, ratio control can be configured and studied. RE
