Description

The set up consists of two glass column packed with Anion and Cation exchanger resin upto suitable height.The layer of glass wool is placed on bottom and top of theresin bed. The feed is allowed to enter from the bottomof first column and comes out of the top, which is againpassed through the second column is same fashion. Adigital conductivity meter measures the conductivity ofliquid coming out of the second column. Flow rate ofwater is measured with the pre-calibrated rotameter. Atank with FHP pump with flow control valve and by-passarrangement is provided for feed circulation.
