Description

Any catalytic liquid-liquid or liquid-gas reaction involvingthe use of a catalyst placed in basket can be studies inthis set-up. Kinetic parameter of a specific reaction can beestimated& parametric studies can be conducted. Theset-up consists of a reactor centrally having one spinningbasket derived through a variable speed motor. Themetered flow of reactant from feed tank is fed to thereactor at the bottom. The set-up can be used as batchwise of as continuous type. Sampling points are providedfor analysis. Port connection for gas inlet is provided atthe bottom of the reactor.
